What is Deals for Locals?
It’s a Franklin owned and operated website offering you fantastic deals in your local area.
Where is my voucher?
Once you’ve bought a deal and we’ve processed your payment your voucher will be available in the My Voucher section of the websites. You need to be logged in to view your voucher.
How do I buy a deal?
Simply select the “Buy It” button next to the deal you want and then follow the steps.
What happens after I buy a deal?
We’ll send you and email confirming your purchase and your voucher will be available on dealsforlocals.co.nz to print and use.
How long do I have to use my voucher?
The deal and the voucher will specify how long you will have to use your voucher, you will never need to use it on the same day you purchase it.
Can I exchange my voucher for cash?
No sorry, you need to use your voucher for the deal that you’ve purchased.
Can I get a refund?
If you think that you have a valid reason for a refund let us know and we’ll see if we can help as we want to keep our customers happy. In general however deals are considered non-refundable.
Do I have to live in Franklin to register?
No anyone can register but most of the deals will be for businesses located in the Franklin area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via credit card (Visa and MasterCard). We use Payment Express to ensure that payment is secure. Your credit card details will not be shared with anyone.
Can I give a voucher I’ve bought to a friend (or someone I want to be a friend)?
Yes, provided the voucher doesn’t include a ‘no gifting’ condition. That still stands even if your name is on the voucher.
